La villa è immersa in oliveti e vigneti e dispone di una piscina (12x6) con acqua salata, un luogo tranquillo dove trascorrere una vacanza in tranquillità.

Al primo piano nella zona notte si trovano cinque delle sei camere da letto, due bagni e una grande terrazza con sdraio e lettini prendisole.
