Founded in 1875 this Old West ranch allows guests to enjoy comfortable living in the Forest. Close to town but with no neighbors for miles. Hike forest trails with access from the property, a private, sustainable off the grid getaway. The Ranch has two spring fed ponds and a creek running through it. Interact with a wide variety of farm animals and experience abundant wildlife. Guests are provided a jeep to explore the majestic hills and the scenic 200-acre grounds.

Discover Ventura! Our Adorable Blue Bungalow + surf shack sleeps 6 and is close to Ventura’s beaches and downtown. The house offers a full kitchen, fast internet, a fire ring in the yard, 2 bikes, and beach gear. Perfect spot for a quick getaway or making memories with family. Longer rentals also welcome. Rancho Mesa Escondida (Hidden Mesa) Adobe ranch house is a peaceful retreat on the bluffs overlooking the ocean, just above Rincon Point and minutes from the seaside town of Carpinteria. With 17 acres of certified organic avocado and citrus orchards, views of the ocean to the south and west, and to the Los Padres mountains on the east. The house, gardens, and pool provide a private, peaceful setting for writer, artist, family, those seeking a quiet retreat.

Business license #2223. After 2 guests I charge $13 extra each per night, per person, including infants. I also charge $78 per pet. I have a security camera in the front. There are 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed. There is also a sleep sofa and an airbed. Relax and enjoy. Ventura has been voted one of the best places to vacation. There is an extra room with 2 twin beds, please ask me about that. Not a true bedroom.
