L'alloggio, di circa 35 mq, si trova al secondo piano di una palazzina con pochi appartamenti e con parziale vista sulla Basilica di Santa Chiara. Ideale per due persone , è dotato di un'ampia cucina attrezzata con forno, macchina da caffè con capsule e bollitore. Il piccolo bagno è provvisto di doccia, lavatrice e asciugacapelli.
