Hickory Hill Cabin

This cabin is a three story 6 bedrm (sleeps 20 with owner approval) and 3 full baths. Originally built in the early 1800′s, logs were refurbished and rebuilt in Derby overlooking the Ohio River. Features include 2 large covered porches with swings, tables, chairs, and an 8 person hot tub. Large kitchen and living room with beautiful working wood fireplace. Great for entertainment with a pool table and basketball. There is also a shelter house on the riverbank with a dock for fishing or boating.

The Heron's Nest

The “Heron’s nest” is Four stories tall, with FOUR Bedrooms, THREE Full Bathrooms. Eight person dining room table, Full Bath , Living room with WI-FI, flat TV & DVD player, plus a large bedroom with a King sized Bed. Going upstairs, the Loft bedroom has a King sized Bed and Full Bath. Down stairs to the lowest level walk out basement, there is a third bedroom with a Queen Bed a Fourth Bedroom with a Queen bed, TV. Hot Tub $45. Pet $45 per pet per night. Visitors (not overnight) are $10 each.

This home is on a family farm in Spencer County, IN, just 15 minutes from Holiday World. It boasts open areas both inside and outside for family and friends to spend quality time together. We invite you to watch the cows graze and view the sunset from the back porch. Although the home is located on a rural gravel road, we are fortunate to provide fiber internet/WiFi and city water. The home has a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom amenities. Memory foam mattresses make for a good night's sleep.

Roast your catch over the fire pit or on the 36” Blackstone. Stable/strong high speed wifi. Hunters-when you're done with drafty & bare cabins, stay here. We also have a very nice cleaning station with heat, lights, tables & hot/cold running water for clean up.
