Endless Ionian Breezes at a House on the Island of Ithaca

Lounge on a hillside terrace with sea views as the refreshing sea breeze is flowing all day long. In the evening air carries the scent of jasmine and honeysuckle. A serene atmosphere continues indoors with potted plants, elegant built-in furnishings, and tasteful decor in muted earth tones. Lighting and other details complete the serenity. The house has an airy relaxed ambiance, combining modern architecture with traditional elements. You can enjoy high quality materials, high ceilings, playful light and fine linen. A bluetooth speaker is available to enjoy your favourite music from your computer. Bedrooms have bathrooms en suite. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and espresso coffee machine is provided. A built stone BBQ is available for use. For the colder months, there is a pellet stove along with electric blankets that give it a warm feeling. You have access to our own home grown vegetable garden, according to the season of course. I am available at all times for any assistance required. Though the island of Ithaki is small, it has many hidden treasures. It is my pleasure to help you explore them. Any holiday related services, like rentals or bookings can be arranged upon request. Ithaki island is a quite and rather intimate place with lots of treasures to discover. The house is in the village of Ag. Saranta, a traditional settlement in the northern part, overlooking Afales Bay. The beach nearby with amazing water is 5 min drive away. The village of Stavros, with all amenities, and the fishing village of Frikes are both 1.5 kilometers away. Unfortunately, there is no public transport in Ithaki. Hiring a car is highly advisable Access to Ithaki is via Cephalonia, Patra, Astakos and in the summer months from Lefkas as well.

Toulas Apartments

The apartment is located in the center of Nydri and is only 20m away from the beach. There are numerous restaurants, coffeehouses and supermarkets in walking distance. The apartment is really quiet and full of light. Next to it you have a terrace with a big table and chairs. Note that you need to get outside of the apartment to get to the terrace, however it is only for you even if it is next to another apartment. The bus station for the town bus is also very close (about 1 minute by foot).

A stylish and cosy stone studio for two, in the middle of the picturesque Spartochori village, Meganisi. Located at the ground floor, featuring two single beds which connect to form a king size bed, an ensuite shower room, small kitchenette with two electric hobs and fridge, a desk. A dining table is for your use just outside the premises. At the side of the courtyard there is a small pool, shared with the two suites of Teacher’s House. A parking space 200m away is offered for free.

Pikramygdalia / Bitter Almond Tree

Take a break and enjoy in this peaceful oasis. The old, stone, renovated house is located close to the sea, in an olive grove. It consists of one big room with a kitchen, dining area, a double bed, a sofa that turns into a double bed and a spacious bathroom. The land is 2,5 hectares with many olive and fruit trees. There is plenty of space for camping and beautiful, cool corners to relax under the trees. It has all the amenites you need to enjoy you vacation close to nature!
