Das Haus hat ein SZ mit begehbaren Schrank und angrenzendem Bad. Es gibt 2 WCs und ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Essplatz und Coachanlage (ev. zusätzlicher Schlafplatz). Der Pool mit Gegenstromanlage kann alleine benutzt werden. Das Auto kann auf dem grossen eingezäunten Grundstück abgestellt werden
