Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

Situata a Sezzadio, dista pochi km dalla cittadina termale di Acqui Terme, da Alessandria e da Novi Ligure. La Casetta è completamente ristrutturata, con arredi, attrezzature e servizi nuovi. Al pian terreno si trova la cucina abitabile, un soggiorno con divano letto che all’occorrenza può ospitare due persone ed un bagno di servizio.
