The house is freshly renovated and has central heating and modern ventilation but still with old details that are characteristic to Viljandi and adds a historic flutter and a little adventure.

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

The accommodation is a small sauna house (max. 3 people). Downstairs there is a sofa bed, a fireplace and a spacious room. On the same floor there is a wood-heated sauna and a toilet. On the second floor there is another bedroom with a double bed. The house is located in a beautiful place, a small pond can be seen from the window and the forest surrounds the plot on all sides. Guests also have a nice summer terrace where they can enjoy the evening sun.

Studio apartment which is located 750 m from the sea and 1 km from the city center. Place is meant for staying for max 3 people. Separate entrance and opportunity to park car or motorcycle to yard (until leaving day to 12) or on the street (paid parking on the street, 15€ per day) in front of the house. The yard is not only for the use of the hosts, the host himself also walks through the yard to get to the street.
