!!! Garage nur für Autos bis Höhe 1,9m und Länge 4,7m!!! Das Highlight dieser Wohnung ist die große Südterrasse mit Weitblick auf die Berge und Sonne von früh morgens bis zum späten Nachmittag. Die Wohnung liegt super ruhig abseits von jeglichem Straßenverkehr oder anderem Lärm. Der Partschinser Wasserfall ist nur wenige (wenn auch steile) Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ganz nahe im Dorfzentrum. Außer der Garage (Maße beachten) gibt es keine Parkmöglichkeit.

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

This stylish 2-room apartment (57 m²) has been completely renovated and offers everything you need for your holiday in the center of Merano. In the entrance area, there is an open wardrobe and a bench. The bathroom features a great shower and a toilet with bidet. In the living area, there is a kitchen with essential amenities, a dining area, and a large sofa bed (180x 200 cm). In the bedroom, there is a large double bed (180x 200 cm) and an open wardrobe.

Ein gigantischer Ausblick, eine private Terrasse und zwei neue und stilvolle Apartments. Wo einst eine große Wiese mit Farnen war, steht nun unser "farnhaus", inmitten der Natur, ruhig gelegen und dennoch schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Vor uns erstreckt sich das gesamte Etschtal, ein Spektakel zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit und Meran und das Schloss Tirol liegen uns zu Füßen. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und schöne Spaziergänge.

With a view of the mountain, the studio apartment "Casa Sonngart" in Parcines/Partschins is perfect for a relaxing holiday.
