Our apartment is located in the Budapest historical dowtown, just inside of our boulevard on the north side.The building was built in 1889 and it is in nice condition now. The apartment has the highest quality in every details. Equipment: High speed Wifi, Samsung Smart SUHD"65"tv (Netflix,Youtube), Cable HD channels,Washing machine,Drying machine, Iron, Drying rack.High-end Air-conditioning system Kitchen: Microwave, Stove, Induction hot plate, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Nespresso coffee machine with free capsules, Water heater, Toaster, Cooking utensils, Cutlery, Plates, Glasses. Bathrooms: Hair Dryers, Towels, Liquid soap. Bedrooms: Cable TV, Samsung Smart"40"TV(Netflix,Youtube),High quality bed linen, Springbox comfort beds. We are open to fulfill special requests. When you arrive to the address I will be waiting for you at the main entrance of the building and helping you with your luggage. I will then explain the most important things about the apartment, the surroundings and the the city. I can also help you with transport from and to the airport or train station. I am on a 24hour duty when I have guests. During your stay you can contact me on phone, viber,whatsapp, messenger,anytime. The apartment sits on a boulevard in Budapest's historic downtown area, close to the Opera, St Stephen's Basilica, the Hungarian Parliament Building, the WestEnd shopping center, and the city's famous ruin bars.

The wooden cabin features air conditioning for both cooling and heating on both levels, ensuring your ideal temperature. The house is accessible by public transport, but carrying a lot of luggage may be challenging.

Teljesen új, két apartmanos modern ház, amely a Liszt Ferenc repülőtértől 15 percre van autóval (9,3 km). Budapest belvárosa autóval (15 km) 30 perc alatt megközelíthető. Az apartmanok egyben és külön is foglalhatóak, mindkettő zárható ajtóval, kulcsséffel és önálló bejutással. Parkosított, nagy terasszal, házhoz tartozó ingyenes parkolóval. Rendelkezik két elkülönített lakással, az emeleti rész két hálószobás, plusz nappali, teljesen felszerelt konyhával és fürdőszobával. 4 fős

CozyLoft Apartman, exclusiv kényelem a belvárosban

Régi műemlék épületben, nagy belmagasságú polgári lakás, stílusosan berendezve, minden kényelemmel. Belvárosi saját parkolós apartman, közvetlen kapcsolattal a sétáló utcára, 100 m-re a vártól, 200 m-re a strandtól, éttermek, szórakozó helyek, kávézók, bárok között. Ideális családoknak 1 vagy 2 gyermekkel, pároknak. A szállás 4 felnőtt részére nem igazán alkalmas, mivel az egyik ágy csak egy kihúzható kanapé. Az apartman csak teakonyhával rendelkezik, ami főzésre nem alkalmas.

Dear future Guest! The bungalow is a part of a family home, the garden and the yard is shared with the residents. The apartment lies under the Mátra mountain, it has a big garden and a separated entrance. The house and the neighborhood has a friendly atmosphere as nature surrounds the whole village. With the apartment we provide bicycles so you can explore the beautiful Mátra. The guests can always reach out to me if they need a tip for local food or what to see nearby.

On summer it's cooler than in the hot city, the autumn is simply beautiful, and - surprise - the grey winter fog is even more beautiful by the side of the tiled stove. Go for a hike nearby, then cook a dinner together, and finish the day in the sauna!
