Il y a un balcon fleuri . Je vis dans cet appartement à l’année, il est donc tout équipé ! L’accès au métro est très proche ( ligne 5 à 7 minutes ) . Vous pouvez également aller rejoindre Paris en vélo en suivant le canal (20 minutes de ballade sur une magnifique piste cyclable )
