Lit en 160 dans la chambre, canapé lit en 140 dans le salon (très confortable acheté en 2022) L'appartement donne sur l'arrière de l'immeuble, il n'y a aucun bruit à part celui des oiseaux. Il y a un balcon fleuri . Je vis dans cet appartement à l’année, il est donc tout équipé ! L’accès au métro est très proche ( ligne 5 à 7 minutes ) . Vous pouvez également aller rejoindre Paris en vélo en suivant le canal (20 minutes de ballade sur une magnifique piste cyclable )
