A fully functional kitchen with a coffee pod machine. Air conditioning/heating. For the winter months you have the option of a combustion heater. (Only for those who have experience.) Studio living area with private bathroom, queen bed, lounge, TV with Netflix, dining table, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and an outdoor BBQ and fire pit. Upstairs is occupied by Jayde, Daniel and their toddler, who work full-time and spend their free time diving. Scuba, snorkelling and freediving packages, plus equipment hire is available with Dive Eden.

You will love the Crows Nest as soon as you arrive! Located high up on the hill overlooking Merimbula Bay, lake and town. The view is stunning! You will have exclusive use of the lower level of my house with separate entrance. It offers a large openplan lounge, kitchenette, separate bedroom with kingsize bed and a bathroom. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. Watch the magic sunsets from the expansive undercover deck whilst sipping your favourite drink.
