Trackside pool house

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is the guesthouse my parents stayed at when they were snowbirds. Now that they are no longer with us we would like to let people enjoy some of Florida. It is about 50 yards from the rail road and the trains do run often. If you are a light sleeper it may not be for you. We are definitely country area and have chickens, dogs and cats on the property. The swimming pool is your to share with us and our grandchildren when visiting.

Sit on the deck, enjoying your favorite beverage, while gentle breezes come off the Atlantic or have lunch on the outdoor eating area under the oaks. Light and airy, the cottage is open floor plan with a living area, kitchen, bedroom and bath. Washer/dryer is onsite.

The river view retreat is located directly above the garage (1 flight of stairs to enter). 15 miles to cruise ships & NASA/17 miles to cocoa beach. NO PARTIES! This unit offers complete apartment style accommodation is fully private complete with bedroom, living room and mini kitchen. The home and all the furniture is new so you can rest assured everything is clean and comfortable. Our kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave and Keurig coffee maker with pods. There is also a pull out in the living room. A level 2 EV Charger is available on the property, please request when booking if you would like to use it.

Private space near the beach.

Bright, open, clean, and tropical. This private space has hardwood floors and all the amenities for a comfortable relaxing stay including an outdoor partially covered tropical bathroom facility. Everythig is walking distance from a nice neighborhood park and the Atlantic Ocean with beach access is an 8-10 min walk. It is very private.
