My place is right on the lake and great for summer activities. The deck hangs out over the water overlooking the beach and dock. Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail on five acres of land behind the house, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Currently, New York State charges 8% sales tax and Yates County charges 4% Occupancy Tax which is added to the amount you pay when booking the space. Sorry.

This completely renovated 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home is located on 130' of beautiful, level Owasco Lake shoreline. The property also boarders a small brook providing water views from every window in the home! The property is located on 3 acres, overlooking Owasco Lake. It is a rural area, approximately six miles south of Emerson Park in Auburn, NY. Auburn is the home and final resting place of Harriet Tubman and William Seward. Other places of interest are Aurora (McKenzie-Childs), Approximately 15 miles away; Ithaca, 35 miles south; Rochester, about 75 minutes away, and Niagara Falls, 2.5 hours away. Owners reside on the same road, close by the rental property.
