Newbury Cottage has 2 bedrooms (one en-suite cloakroom) a spacious living room with wood burning stove + a 50" Smart TV, a shower room & a full kitchen with dining area. Outside there is sheltered porch and ample off road parking. EV charge Point large shared garden laundry facilities. Location: Close to the A27 this is ideal for guests or business people who like to get quick access to explore the surrounding areas. You will need a car to get around.

A self-contained studio situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Felpham. Breakfast items are included, this space has a kitchenette equipped for simple meals (microwave and small fridge). Private entrance and off road parking. Situated 15 minutes walk from the coast and 10 minutes from local amenities. Close to Chichester, Goodwood, Fontwell, Bognor, Arundel and Littlehampton Finders Nook, is located in a new development in Eastergate village and is in close proximity to major venues and sites for the arts, entertainment, sport and historical interest. The beaches at Pagham, Selsey, Felpham and Middleton, are a short drive away, whilst slightly further west you will find the popular West and East Wittering beaches. In addition, there are numerous country walks and cycling trails close by.

The newly furnished suite is attached to our home but is completely self contained with own front door. Secure parking space, lounge, bedroom & family sized shower/bathroom. Bedroom has a super king bed that can change into twin beds. The lounge has a double sofa bed to transform into another bedroom along with tea/coffee facilities & small fridge. Suitable for family's of all aged children. Near to Goodwood for horse racing & motor events, Chichester festival theatre & West Wittering beach.

The Coach House is a stylish and modern private town centre residence comprising a well equipped open plan kitchen, living and dining area plus a large bedroom with ensuite shower bathroom and a further shower bathroom. Located in the heart of Chichester overlooking the river Lavant. Located opposite Priory Park the property includes free off-road parking and a secluded private garden area. The accommodation provides a perfect base for exploring the City and Goodwood. Bikes are available.

The lovely N.Trust village of Slindon, gateway to miles of beautiful South Downs National Park walking and cycling routes, is only 6 minutes away

Entire self contained barn in Oving near Goodwood

The Cart House dates back to the 18th century and is set within our grounds in the hamlet of Colworth, near Oving. The conversion was completed in July 2021 and is renovated to a very high standard offering the perfect couples getaway in the countryside. The luxury annexe is situated a short drive away from Goodwood, The South Downs, Chichester and The Witterings and is walking distance to the pretty village of Oving - sadly as of March 2025, the local pub is closed due to a fire.

The Cottage at The Dene - With Goodwood Healthclub

We have now completed a major renovation of the cottage and are taking bookings. The cottage combines chic luxury with a country touch, and provides a private location close to the amenities of Roman Chichester, Arundel with its impressive castle and quaint shops, and the facilities of the Goodwood estate. Ideal base for exploring the Southdown National Park, Goodwood Estate and just a 10 minute drive to the cathedral city of Chichester. Arundel and Petworth are a short drive away. The beautiful Halnaker windmill walk is nearby. Please note that the cottage is not suitable for babies and children.
