Enjoy one of the 3 decks. Inside: * 3 queen beds, 1 bathroom, Central AC and heat, fresh bedding and towels, equipped kitchen. * Excellent WiFi at the cabin but cell service is spotty. Quaint older home where you can be downtown in 10 minutes for shopping and eating. The home is located just 4.5 miles from TTU on Hilham Rd. It’s on a 2 lane state highway. For the kids a pack n play and gates provided!(also used for dogs) Algood City Park is 4.5 miles away & Dogwood Park is within 6 miles. Want to get outdoors? Cummins Falls State park is 7 miles down the road! Lets not forget you can work out at Crossfit Mayhem. Its just a 10 minute drive.

Located in Byrdstown, this welcoming cottage lets you experience it all with convenient on-site parking for vehicles and boat(s), a large fenced in deck & yard and a fully stocked kitchen. A quick 8-minute drive from the cottage you can be at Dale Hollow Lake. There is a FREE boat launch at Cove Creek recreation area (2.7 mi). After a day on the lake, you can unwind on the deck (seasonal lake views), sip a drink by the firepit or grill up burgers!
