The Blue House is located just south of downtown Grand Junction, adjacent to the Mesa County Fairgrounds and the Old Spanish Trail BLM area. It is also within bicycling distance of Downtown, Los Colonias, Riverfront Trail and Lunch Loop Trails. The house is a corner lot on a quiet dead-end street. Extensive outdoor spaces are the highlight here - perfect for dogs, aggressive children, and off-leash adults. RV/trailer parking with 30 amp service is also available.
