A seven minute walk will bring you to Chittenango Falls Park with it’s majestic waterfall and lots of trails. The property is backed by the NYS walking trail that follows an old rail line. The historic Village of Cazenovia is four miles away. Hillside has everything you’ll need for a quiet getaway. Good dogs allowed. No cats.

Stay at our beautiful lodge-themed private guest-house on our 23 acre farm and relax in the indoor jetted tub or the outdoor shared nine-person hot tub. Enjoy the sounds of nature and experience the truly-amazing, gorgeous, and breathtaking views with a rustic country charm that includes waterfalls, walking/hiking trails, goats, chickens and fish that you can feed, a pond with boats, a honeybee apiary, streams, gardens, fields, woods, and much more nature. Prepare wonderful meals in the fully equipped kitchen or on the Gas Grill to eat outside or inside. Enjoy the evening scenery on the spacious deck or in the hot tub with friends and family awaiting the spectacular South Shore sunsets!
