Oder einfach mal die Seele baumeln lassen am Walchensee. Alles was das Herz begehrt in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Ab sofort ist die Kurtaxe mit im Preis enthalten, es entstehen keine weiteren Kosten.

Elegante Penthousewohnung im modernen Alpenstil am Seefelder Plateau. Die gemütliche, ruhig gelegene Wohnung im letzen Stock ist für bis zu 4 Personen sehr komfortabel ausgelegt. Sie verfügt über hellen Wohn-Essbereich mit moderner komplett ausgestatteter Küche, zwei Doppelschlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, Bodenheizung, gratis Wi-Fi und eine sehr große private Terrasse. Von dort aus können Sie die atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Berge und das Inntal, sowohl im Sommer als auch im Winter genießen.

Einliegerwohnung für bis zu 4 Personen

So nah an der Stadt und doch mitten in der Natur! 2 Zimmer Souterrain Wohnung (Wohnküche mit ausziehbarem Tagesbett, Schlafzimmer mit Wasserbett), natürlich mit Badezimmer, WC und eigenem Eingang. Die Vermieterin wohnt im selben Haus. Die optimale Lage beim idyllischen Naturschutzgebiet "Völsersee" überzeugt auch durch die nahe Lage an das abwechslungsreiche Stadtleben Innsbrucks. Wer sich in den Bergen und der Natur wohl fühlt, die Stadt aber nicht missen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Karwendelblick & Zirbenholz

Das 1-Zimmer-Appartment wurde 2025 komplett renoviert. Zentral gelegen - nur 5 Min. vom Bahnhof entfernt - ist man in wenigen Minuten in der unberührten Natur. Die Wohnung hat eine Terrasse, Garten sowie einen Tiefgaragenplatz. Kinder sind herzlich willkommen und bis 6 Jahre berechnen wir keine Zusatzkosten. Bitte bei der Anfrage einfach im Text vermerken. Die Kurtaxe liegt je nach Saison zwischen 2,20 € und max. 3,- € pro Erwachsenen und mit der Gästekarte gibt es einige Vergünstigungen.

Gemütliches Apartment mit Küche + Terrasse für 2+1

The modern, fully equipped apartment offers enough space and comfort for 2 people to enjoy a pleasant stay. 2+1 means that families with a child have the budget-friendly option of letting the child sleep on the pull-out sofa bed (see photos). An adult can also sleep here. Please note that using the sofa bed inevitably comes with limitations in terms of space and comfort. If you don't want to compromise on comfort even with three people, we recommend taking a look at our larger apartments.

The apartment is located in the village center of Völs, just 2 minutes from a grocery store and the bus stop to the center of Innsbruck. There is a hiking trail behind the house. The Cyta shopping center is also within walking distance, fantastic ski areas are in the immediate vicinity. (free ski bus) A garage parking space is included in the price. Als Teil der Tourismusregion Innsbruck können wir euch die Welcome Cards zur Verfügung stellen. Entspann auf der privaten Terrasse, im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer oder genieße den Blick in den Himmel vom Bett. Das Apartment hat ein 160cm Doppelbett und ein 140cm Bett auf einer Hochebene (nicht für kleine Kinder geeignet).

Das Apartment befindet sich im Untergeschoss und bietet den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für einen Urlaub in den Bergen – in zentraler Lage, aber trotzdem ruhiger Umgebung. Zu Fuß oder mit dem ÖPNV können Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und kulturelle Attraktionen schnell erreicht werden. Autos können kostenlos an der Straße geparkt werden. Das Wanderwege-Netz am Wank befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür. Das Bett ist 1,20m groß und Bad-Accessoires sind für Dich bereitgestellt.

Apartment Öfelekopf is so named for its amazing view of the mountains. This luxury modern apartment was completely refurbished in 2021 and offers everything for a relaxing break. This apartment would suit a couple who enjoy the outdoors, but also like to wind down in comfort...breakfast on the balcony, Netflix on the corner sofa, shower under the stars in the beautiful bathroom and sleep like a baby in the large comfortable bed.
