As noted in some reviews, the parking lot can be a little tight, and can occasionally be full (there are ten spaces for the ten units, but parking is not assigned). There is street parking immediately in front of the building, and plentiful parking about a block to the North across from the Blue Agate Cafe.

We have a Ring doorbell with an inbuilt camera. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or bedding.
