Situated on top of Hoop pine Lane Hill 1.5 km from the peaceful beaches of Suffolk Park. Our Studio is attached to the main house with views of the Byron Bay light house and Tallow beach. Set opposite a nature reserve, wake up to the sounds of native birds and wildlife. The Studio is fully self contained with a spacious living area and kitchenette, with a coffee machine, microwave, oven, fridge, toaster and kettle, and dual air-con/heating system. Our dreamy cane chair library space is full of wonderful reads about Byron Bay and Beyond, our local indigenous history, surfing, and guides of where to eat and what to do. The master suite has a luxurious hand crafted wooden king bed, with a large walk in robe next to the bathroom, with ironing facilities and clothes horse. Our studio is ideal for a romantic Byron Bay getaway or a family with a young child. For the golf enthusiasts, the beautiful Byron Bay Golf Course is only a 5 min walk down the hill. *An adorable and very friendly chocolate labrador called Mae lives on site, and loves to visit and cuddle with guests. Guest have access to their own off street car park in front of the garden bed on our property, and private entry to the Studio is via the paved pathway to the right of the house. Free high speed wifi. We respect the privacy and choices of our guests whilst on holiday, yet we are available 24/7 via mobile to help with any enquires. Suffolk Park is on the southern outskirts of Byron Bay, New South Whales overlooking the stunning Tallow Beach stretch to Broken Head National Park. It is 30-minute drive of the airport and 5 minutes from the bustling Suffolk Park community shops. Depending on the kind of holiday you are seeking, it is advisable to hire or have access to a car, for the convenience and accessibility to explore the area. To get to the Studio, it is 45min drive south from the Goldcoast, or 25min drive north from Ballina/Byron Gateway Airport. As mentioned the studio is situated on top of a hill, down hill stroll is always fun yet on return... Your booty will get a solid workout. Within 5 min drive to the bustling Suffolk Park community and beach access. Or 15-20min walk. There is access to the local bus routes. We truly love this space and hope you get as much pleasure, relaxation and enjoyment from it as we did creating it.

Tucked at the back of our beach home is a chic little studio, in tranquil South Golden Beach. With its own separate entrance, deck & lush garden, this relaxed space is your own private oasis. Lennox Head is a coastal community between Byron Bay and Ballina. Miki’s is in a residential area about 3km from Lennox Head Beach and Boulders Beach. The area is hilly so it’s best to have a car. The space, in a single level home is private and quiet with leafy views to the north. Guests have their own entrance, en-suite bathroom and a small, light food preparation area. There’s also a private balcony with a BBQ. Original artworks in the bright and airy room make it unique.

Our home is close to Mt Warning, only 3km from Husk Distillery and Tumbulgum, 15 min from the Gold Coast airport, 30 min to Byron Bay, 10 min from Snapper Rocks famous surf beach and the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, 25 min from Surfers Paradise, Sea World, Dreamword and Movie World. Coffee shop and pub only 5 min drive. We are in the country side over looking Mt Warning. You will enjoy the sounds of the birds and a see a few wallibies if you like to be up early.

Cosy large room with private entrance and parking, king-size bed, separate bathroom, set in lovely coastal rural surroundings, only a 5 mins to Brunswick Heads and Mullumbimby, and 15 mins to Byron Bay. The Eureka Studio is set on a secluded one acre property up in the Byron Bay Hinterland, in the middle of the vibrant Northern Rivers region and only 25 minutes from Byron Bay. Private and comfortable, it is ideal for a quiet romantic getaway. It provides everything you are looking for to shake off those city blues. The studio is semi-detached to our house, so whilst we live next to it, we try to give our guests as much privacy as they need.
