Welcome to our charming Outer Sunset studio! Nestled on the lower level of our family home, this space offers a private entrance and a recently remodeled private bathroom. Your cozy bedroom is equipped with a mini-fridge, Nespresso machine, and tea kettle, but please note there's no kitchen or micro for cooking. Discover the neighborhood's vibrant dining and coffee options just blocks away. We've lived in this gem of a SF neighborhood for over 10 years and love sharing our studio with travelers!

Ocean Beach Oasis

Welcome to our Outer Sunset Oasis. This is hands down the best location in San Francisco. The vast & powerful ocean is just three blocks away and walks on the beach can clear your mind and reinvigorate your soul. Walk North to picnic at Golden Gate Park or visit the Sunset Dunes & Sutro Baths. Jump on the Muni two blocks away and travel to Haight/Ashbury or Union Square. This is just the beginning. We are an active household with two young children & a small dog and welcome you to San Francisco!

The apartment is close to Ocean Beach, San Francisco Zoo and Golden Gate Park. It's attached to the garage of a single family home, with a private entrance. You’ll love my place because of its charm, walking distance to the beach and easy access to public transportation. On a beautiful day in San Francisco, you won't find a better place to watch the sunset. It's good for couples, solo adventurers, surfers, and business travelers. We have ample street parking with minimal restrictions.

A short walking distance to shops, restaurants, and grocery store. There's also an incredible gym called Muscle Beach that's only 1 block away where you can buy day passes.

You can easily walk to coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Ocean Beach is 20-minutes by foot while Golden Gate Park is just 10-minutes. Public transportation is less than 2 blocks away, too.

Beach Studio Getaway Entire guest renovated suite with private entrance. A 2-minute walk to beach. Short walk to N-Judah Street Car, Number 18 bus, cafes, and restaurants, and short 3 blocks to the famous Golden Gate Park. We use run a HEPA air purifier and ALL linens are washed in hot water. There’s also a Dyson air/heat/purifier. One block to beach, N-Judah, shops, & restaurants. One block away is San Francisco’s newest park “Sunset Dunes”

Sunset Garden Private Suite with Free Parking

This in-law suite located in the Sunset district. Steps from Ocean Beach, San Francisco Zoo, Golden Gate Park, and more. Easy on-street parking (yes, it's true!) with time-of-day restrictions (Our side of the street has street cleaning on 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month 9am-11am and across the street is on 2nd and 4th Monday of the month 9am-11am.) One-minute access to public transportation. The 29 bus and 48 bus stops are across the street.

Beach Cottage

Enjoy the beach, cafes and restaurants all within walking distance of this cozy cottage in the Outer Sunset. The bedroom has a comfy queen bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa for overflow. The kitchen is modern and updated, and opens to a dining room. You'll find streaming TV, wi-fi, a washer/dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen. If the weather is nice, you can enjoy the yard, and a covered outdoor dining area.

Located on the lower level of a two-level home, the suite has its own interior entrance - no shared spaces beyond the home's entry. It's on a quiet street with free parking. Shopping, restaurants, UCSF Parnassus, Golden Gate Park, and Transit are nearby.

This is a spacious suite with private bathroom, counter. This room is at the back of our house behind the garage, window towards the wall. It has a Queen sized bed that sleeps two people. It's also equipped with a private counter. My husband and I are living upstairs, but you have your own private access downstairs to your room after entering the main door.
