Papa Joe’s Lake House

Quiet little piece of heaven on earth. Enjoy the lake, sit by a fire, enjoy the nature God has provided in our sanctuary on Pickett Lake. Boat ramp is 100 yards down the road. 4 kayaks, canoe, and paddleboard are provided, all of which can be launched from the house. Fish from the dock or explore the lake. Use the grill or take a short drive to Branford or Mayo and enjoy some of the restaurants. Come boat, fish, or swim in the lake or just enjoy the lake view. Outdoor fire pit includes wood.

Royal Springs Private Countryside, 2 Living Rooms

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful oasis just mins to Royal Springs. Only a few minutes drive to Royal Springs, or a 30 min scenic walk. We’re also on a private grass strip airfield in case you’d like to fly in with your private plane! Bring your golf cart, boat, or side by side, for a trip that will be talked about for years to come! Also with the airstrip being right out back, look up at the stars! Star gazing is out of this world! RV site on property also available with hookups.

For outdoor enthusiasts- the Suwannee River, parks & trails are minutes away. The area has many crystal-clear freshwater springs (Ichetucknee, Troy, Ginnie) & is less than an hour from the Gulf 😎

Cave Divers Spring Escape, King Bed, Private Porch

Super cute and spacious private 3/2 home on 4 acres really lets you enjoy the rural country life without the chores. Only a few miles from several springs and the Suwanee river. (Literally have 10 springs within 39 miles). A few of the springs are: Little River Springs (my favorite), Ichetucknee springs, Ginnie Springs, Royal spring, Charles Springs, Rum Island, Hart springs, Blue Springs, Poe springs and so many more. While our home may not be perfect, its our perfect country get away.

The Itchetucknee River State Park is 28 miles away with clear spring fed waters. The Suwannee River is 4 miles with the old cable suspension Hal W. Adams bridge. Mallory Swamp WMA is a 15 min drive. 33 miles away from Steinhatchee and the coast. All the comforts of a cozy home with a fully stocked kitchen.

We want to help restore your soul as mentioned in Psalms 23. If being near the city is what you're seeking, Quiet Sanctuary is not for you. If you love nature's majesty and don't mind a stoplight-less easy road to the nearest small town, then I have the place for you! Come and experience our green pastures with strolling deer and bird song. The peaceful sounds of nature and the amazing sunsets are a delight to the soul. BTW, we are pet friendly. Little River Spring Cave divers poolside Hideaway

Welcome To Little Springs , You will be charmed by this adorable pool side suite. We are close to Suwanee River and several of the most beautiful springs. Closest spring being only 2 miles away. We also have a boat launch 3 miles down the road. We have a nice pool to cool off in, while you enjoy a place to dine and grill. There is a bike trail that is over 15 miles long and you go right to town that has all you need . Dine in or couple fast food places and few stores .
