Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Il se situe à moins de 25 min de Strasbourg, 40 min de Colmar, 15 min d'Obernai et 25 min (en passant par le bac de Rhinau gratuit) du parc d'attraction Europapark. A proximité, activités nombreuses : Visite de Strasbourg en bateau mouche, Château du Haut Koenigsbourg, 2 plans d'eau Benfeld et Huttenheim, Volerie des aigles, Montagne des singes et parc d'attraction des cigognes « Cigoland » à Kintzheim…….

Das gemütliche Studio in See nähe verfügt über Küche und Dusche/WC. Ein sonniger Sitzplatz steht zur Verfügung. Sonnenhungrige können im Garten entspannen. Der Sprung in den See ist in 5 Minuten möglich. Das bekannte Seebad und Minigolf erreicht man zu Fuss in 10-15 Min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke. Der Bus zu Bahnhof und Hafen ist nur 3 Min. entfernt. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten per Bahn/Schiff und das Mieten von Fahrrädern sind dort möglich. 1 Parkplatz vorhanden.
