Spend the day on the lake or on our large lake view patio, then unwind at night at our fire pit or in the hot tub! Nearby, you can find a drive-in movie theater, mini golf and ice cream- fun for everyone! In the winter months, bring your snowmobiles to enjoy direct access to hundreds of miles of marked and groomed snowmobile trails including nearby Letchworth State Park.

Countryside farmhouse.

Blair Farmhouse was built over 100 years ago located in the farming community of Nunda, New York. The home has spacious rooms with large windows. Lots of fresh air sleeping in the summer, and a cozy fireplace in the living room during the winter. This is an excellent get away vacation stay. Guests can enjoy the outdoor firepit, while star gazing at night. The house is surrounded by farmland and deer are seen frequently traipsing across the fields to head toward or away from the creek.

Letchworth Park Bordering House

Lovely ranch home bordering Letchworth State Park. This home features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms & an open floor concept for the dining, kitchen, & living space. This tranquil country home features a large deck that overlooks the pond, fire pit, & backyard. Walking trails are cut throughout the 9.3 acre property for guests enjoyment. Detached garage houses a foosball table, ping pong table & corn hole. Letchworth Park north & south entrances are a short drive in either direction.

Farmhouse at Brookdale Farms- a private, refuge

This refurbished 2-story farmhouse sits at the base of a hill on the outskirts of the small village of Canaseraga. Our 200+ acre farm is quiet and secluded, with beautiful views of the stars at night and many walking trails. Please enjoy nature and the quiet, serene lush settings. The house is sanitized & provides a nice getaway & a work from home environment. Additional guests (over 2) are charged $35 per guest per night. No parties allowed. The house has sulfur water which smells.
