Tranquil Waterfront Haven on Tasman Peninsula

Perched right on the foreshore and overlooking the bay is Squid Ink Shack. A comfortable & spacious waterfront property with 180 degree views over the bay. It’s a peaceful & tranquil setting among the tall gum trees. Go for a swim, snorkel or kayak right at your front doorstep or take a short leisurely walk down the gravel road to fish off the jetty or launch the boat and let the kids play on the sands of White Beach. Our place is a perfect base to explore all the Tasman Peninsula has to offer.

We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

A charming, cosy cottage, Dreamview is your perfect place to relax by the sea. All day sun and the best location in White Beach. This stunning 2.6 k stretch of sand is right on your doorstep. A great location to explore the many delights of the Tasman Peninsula. Bedrooms have been recently fitted with quality linen and cosy throws.

Nearby Port Arthur & Eagle Hawk Neck, Nubeena is a seaside town. We love to go fishing, diving, hiking, surfing or simply relax by the fire!

Markets every week in the valley, including the Cygnet market 1st & 3rd Sunday of the mth, Willie Smith's Artisan & Farmers Market every Saturday, 10-1.
