Solar-heated pool is open June-October. We are locked in by three dead-end roads, so it's very quiet. Large deck, large pool patio, kids' play structure, and more. This contemporary Frank Lloyd Wright-styled-like home sits on top of a hill with meadows below and towering redwoods that add to a peaceful seclusion getaway, and still only minutes from the hamlet of Occidental (1.3 miles). The pool is open during the summer months only (late May-end of September). The hot tub is on all year-round.

Historic D Street Private Bungalow!

You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The right pets welcome, but unfortunately we can’t have dogs swimming because it affects the pool negatively— so sorry! We have a 3-year old + Aussie named Luna and she’s good with other dogs, but can be territorial at first. Please cover couch and bed & cleanup after pets —I don’t charge a pet fee so please be mindful of keeping the bungalow clean. Much appreciated.
