La camera da letto si trova al piano superiore mentre al piano terra ci sono cucina /soggiorno e bagno.

È adatta a una coppia o a una famiglia di 3 o 4 persone in cerca di un ambiente raccolto e accogliente. Il centro storico si raggiunge facilmente a piedi in 5 minuti, dista solo 300 metri.
