In walking distance( 1.5-2 miles) is our local Fruit and Vegetable Farm Stand as well as the Riverhead Ciderhouse, LIV Vodka, Baiting Hollow Wineries, Cooperage Inn and Beautiful Sunflower fields! Come Enjoy All that Long Island Has to Offer!!

Charming cottage located in the town of Ocean Bay Park, just steps from the beach. Open floor plan living room with breakfast bar/kitchen. Bedroom on main floor, unique loft bedroom upstairs looking over living room. Bathroom with shower plus outdoor shower. Lovely deck with BBQ, outdoor seating. 5th house from the ocean—walk to the beach and if you need refreshments you will be back at the cottage in 90 seconds tops. Bikes & beach chairs included. We're a family neighborhood--no parties please!

If you want to explore your surroundings, you will find waterview/ east Beach 2.4 mi., The Port Jefferson Ferry station 2.4 mi. also 1.1 mi. train station to Manhattan, many options to consider.

The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.
