Incredible lawns and private. NOTE: the railroad tracks come close to the house and so does the road (traffic noise during the week is noticeable). Hayts Chapel, on a beautiful and private half acre has a large open space with hardwood floors, high ceilings, partitioned bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen. Large old windows with wavy glass let in tons of light, but insulated attic keeps it cool. Outdoors has an eating area, stone fire pit, and plenty of parking. Charming historic train station (ca.1830) located near the southeast corner of Cayuga Lake, across the street from Stewart Park, the Visitor Center and the Cayuga Waterfront Trailhead. This house is not for everybody. It has a rustic, bohemian vibe. There is a flight of stairs leading to the bedroom. Looking for someone to stay for a month from 12/26-1/24. $850.
