Required non-refundable pet fee for our dog-friendly accommodations w/direct access to our fenced back yard (fee is based upon # of pets & length of stay). Gas fire pit for those cool evenings on the dock. 2 kayaks .High speed internet. Desk available if need a workspace. Minutes to beach. Max 2 guest. No boats or jet skis and no visitors allowed at anytime during your stay. Linens provided. Boat is docked there when not in use as in the third pic.

Or use the large outdoor prep area and fire up the gas grill to make your favorite BBQ meal.

Outdoor space includes multiple decks & screen porch. Patio has hot tub, dining table & chairs, fire pit & outdoor shower. 1st level is a game room w/ ping pong, darts, & more. Includes beach cart, umbrella, Shibumi, bikes, boogie boards, 2 person kayak, 2 paddle boards, surf board, & Level 2 EV charger.

If you are an artist, fisherperson, kayaker, boater or just someone who wants to chill, you will love this. It’s quirky, private, artsy and has soul to refresh yours. Our waterfront paradise sits on a point on Queens Creek with a 180-degree view of the quarter-mile-wide estuary, just upriver from the Intracoastal Waterway and 5 miles from the ocean. We’ve rehabbed a 1959 fishing cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath surrounded by glass w/ kitchen and living facing the water.

Come and enjoy country living on the water. The sun rise over the water in the morning is a delight as well as the colorful night skies. A private screened in porch is set up for you to relax and take in the sites. The property is next door to a public boat ramp and dry stack marina. The property sits in the old part of Sneads Ferry. Camp Lejeune South gate is 1.8 miles, MARSOC 4.3 miles and Stone Bay gate is 6.2 miles away. Beach is 8.3 miles away.

Pool is open for 2026 season The best of both worlds at this dog-friendly property! Enjoy the lake in our screened-in porch or on our lakeside patio where you can fish for bass with rods included. An easy 10-min drive to public beach access. After you hit the beach rinse off in our outdoor shower & hang out by our above-ground private pool . Grill dinner lakeside & enjoy at our picnic tables!
