Explore warm mineral springs, Boca Grande, Nokomis Beach and Siesta Key. The new downtown Wellen Park is 10 minutes away with great restaurants, Braves Spring Training & Sunday Farmers Markets. Costco(11 minutes), Walmart(2 minutes) and Publix(5 minutes) away with great food options surrounding as well.

The lanai also features a large wrought-iron dining table and chairs, with seating for 6-8 guests.

Our Airbnb is the perfect place to relax. It’s a great space to read, play games or watch a movie. It has a nice Florida room that overlooks the fresh water canal or grab a chair and head down to the canal to chill or fish! We are only 11 miles from Punta Gorda airport, about 35 minutes to the beautiful Englewood beach or Boca Grande beach on Gasparilla Island, 40 minutes to Venice Beach or Manasota Key where you can find shark teeth or only 55 min to the well known Siesta Key Beach!
