Characterful town house on Elm Hill

Situated on Norwich's historic Elm Hill, this luxurious townhouse offers the perfect blend of comfort, contemporary design and character. Its quirky interior reflects its 500 year old life as a weavers house, now updated for modern city living. It backs onto a park and river walks. Dogs are welcome! There are two double bedrooms and a sofa-bed is available upon request. We are sorry but the staircases and uneven floors make it unsuitable for young children or those with limited mobility.

The Picture House - because of the huge 75” smart HDTV, library of DVDs and collection of original film posters on the walls! It has been beautifully renovated into a luxurious accommodation, comprising of a cosy bedroom with super king size bed with a door leading out to a private garden. The bathroom has a huge walk in shower, loo and basin. The wow factor is the huge open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen with island and a full sized pool table, woodburner and large comfy sofas.

Binoculars are provided to enjoy the Barn Owls, Kites, deer, foxes, badgers, rabbits, hares, squirrels, stoats and weasels that inhabit the valley. The all wood lodges have been hand built by local craftsmen; the fixtures, fittings, and beds are made from a specific species of 'wiggly' wood. A fully fitted kitchen, mood lighting and a wood burning stove complete the cabin-in-the-woods romance of these gorgeous luxury hideaways

This is our wooden shack, hidden away in our little corner of Norfolk. Stay here and share some of the country idyll that we love. This is a peaceful, remote position, and we treasure the space, nature and peace we’re surrounded by - and hope you will too. The Shack has been built, fitted and furnished using up-cycled, re-cycled, reclaimed, new, old, vintage, shabby, retro, re-purposed or anything different or quirky. We’re constantly adding to it. No telly. Limited WiFi. Time out, guaranteed.

The Little Barn, Topcroft, Artist’s home

Topcroft is a sleepy village beside the Waveney valley and 25 minutes from the medieval city of Norwich. You'll love this rural location. Misty is a 57ft narrowboat moored without neighbours, on the quiet Little Ouse River. Your stay here offers peace and quiet , with close up views of the natural surroundings and local wildlife, such as Kingfishers, Egrets and Otters. The perfect location to get away from life's hustle and bustle, a chance to relax and unwind. The sun rises over the bow and no street lights means great views of the night sky and the milky way can often be seen, as bats swoop overhead. A little slice of heaven.

It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!
