Casa Stella Celeste is situated in the quiet district of Cartellone, in the heart of Modica. It offers guests a spectacular view of the old town, opposite the baroque Saint George Cathedral. From Corso Umberto I, where you can park the car, you can only reach the house on feet by taking a narrow street and several flight of steps -as is the case with most accommodations in town- but it is definitely doable. A' naca is an old renovated house with a courtyard full of plants overlooking Ibla. The whole apartment on the fresh ground floor is for our guests only, there is a private entrance, a living room with library, sofa and courtyard view, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, a spacious room with a double bed and two single beds and the and a beautiful single room with a view over Ibla. Stargazers can sleep in the hammock out in the courtyard and, if you are lucky, hear the owls' calls.

It is a "real house",welcoming,equipped,well heated.The large vaults,the huge terrace and two further rooms under stone arches in the basement make it special and with a charms all its own. The hostess decorated it with particular pieces.
