Welcome to Camp S’mores- this revitalized luxury A-frame has all the modern amenities you need for your Finger Lakes adventure. We just brought new life into this house from top to bottom. The home features three bedrooms and a Murphy bed in the game room on the lower level. EV charger. It wouldn't be camp without a pool so our home has a large HEATED in-ground pool is open May 15th - Oct 1st. The house is located outside of town on 2+ private acres. This newly-renovated, air conditioned 1953 D&H railway baywindow caboose features barnwood wainscoting, tiled shower, bunk beds, futon, sofa opening to double bed, and kitchenette. The rural property 7 miles outside of Ithaca is one mile from Robert Treman State Park where you can swim beneath the waterfall. Stay overnight in a vardo, a unique and charming bohemian-style caravan inspired by 19th century English and Irish shepherd's huts. This cozy space sleeps 2 people and includes a cooking facilities, indoor and outdoor seating and free firewood.
