One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Der Achensee, als größter See Tirols, ist 2 km entfernt, das Skigebiet ist fußläufig erreichbar, der Golfplatz liegt in 1 km Entfernung.

The Mühlwalder Tal (Italian: Valle dei Molini) is a 16 km long mountain valley with lush mountain forests, rushing mountain streams and fresh mountain air - a true paradise for those seeking relaxation, nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. In the middle of it all, in an idyllic secluded location on the slope of the mountains, is the Hochgruberhof with its own cheese dairy. The two-storey chalet "Chalet Henne - Hochgruberhof" is built of natural materials and measures 70 m2.

Das Bauernhaus hat 5 Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer und bietet Platz für 10 Gäste. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit komfortablen Boxspringbetten ausgestattet. Das Haus wird im Winter ganz urig mit Holz geheizt. Wir haben auch zusätzlich Infrarotheizungen in allen Zimmern. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt. Das Haus liegt auf 1300 Meter und ist ganzjährig mit dem Auto erreichbar.
