La casa è situata in una zona tranquilla, ha il giardino e una bella terrazza con tenda illuminata per poter pranzare all’esterno. Gli interni sono curati e ben arredati. Ein Haus mit einer langen, spannenden Geschichte, das wir behutsam und mit großem Respekt ins 21. Jahrhundert geholt haben. Das Haus steht für sich alleine in Mitten der Natur: direkt unterhalb des Ski- und Wandergebietes Meran 2000 und nur 10km zur Stadt Meran. 170 Quadratmeter bieten Platz für acht bis zu 12 Personen. Der Garten ist sanft abfallend, gleich hinter den drei Lärchen, ca. 100meter entfernt, liegt unser anderes Chalet, das Chalet Leckplått. Private Bergblick Sauna.

The 58 m² holiday home consists of a living room with a wood fired oven and a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms with French double bed as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
