Fully renovated top to bottom and inside out this cottage lives like a luxurious hotel suite. First floor features light filled open living with a bright & airy custom eat-in island kitchen. Sleeper sofa on the first floor perfect for overflow. Second floor bedroom with king bed, half bath, his and hers closet, washer & dryer, and balcony.

Moongate Cottage, with quintessential Nantucket charm is walkable to downtown. Enter through the arched wooden gate in the mature hedges, to your private oasis with a quaint yard and brick patio. The cottage furnishes everything you need. From June to September, we have a 7-night minimum stay from Saturday to Saturday. Enjoy the large living room, spacious bedroom, updated kitchen and bathroom. The ambiance shows throughout with the modern beach chic decor. We do not allow pets at our cottage.

The modest upstairs expands to a basement with a large living area, two bedrooms, and a kitchenette. The large deck is equipped for dining or entertaining. It also features an outdoor shower for after a long day at the beach. **House is winterized for cold weather stays**

Nantucket Farmhouse-Walk to Beach-Near Sunset

The Nantucket Farm House was built in 1840 and was completely renovated and refurnished in 2023. If you are having trouble with ferry reservations and need a car, please let us know. We might be able to help. The home very private and is very close to beaches, bike paths, and the Nantucket public transportation stop. We are experienced Air BnB Superhosts and are committed to excellent service and guest satisfaction. We also have a full-time caretaker on island for your convenience.

This recently renovated guest cottage is a cozy place to pause between your days on the beach. The house has fresh, laid-back interiors with all the modern amenities you would want for living by the water. The private and sunny back yard is complete with hammocks and a chiminea and is perfect for relaxing. A fabulous home right on the bike path close to Cisco beach (3/4 mile) , Bartlett Farm (1 mile) , Cisco Brewery(3/4 mile) , Miacomet Golf ( 2 miles) , and only 2.5 miles to town!

Spouter Cottage

A unique upside down two bedroom cottage with a deck and a view of the Harbor. A curated space with antique beams, handcrafted doors, flooring and cabinetry, antiques and fine art. It all lends a vintage feel to an up to date with all the amenities home. There is a private small side yard and garden with outdoor grill and seating. This is not a party house, it’s a sensitive house, I live right on the property, adjacent to the cottage, you have full privacy but no shenanigans.
