The house has an enormous fenced in backyard, a beautiful deck in the back, 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, fireplace room, 2 full baths, etc.

It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

Private unit with separate entrance and self check in. checking is set for 5pm, I have no problem with early checkin, if possible. just ask!
