Fully remodeled, everything is new, and a heat pump with air conditioning to get you at the perfect temperature! A full backyard, and lots of room for our four legged little friends. The perfect all around place for your daily living needs. You'll first notice the house was completely remodeled in 2023. With this you get access to the level 2 electrical car charger. After you unpack, you are within a mile to Ballinger Park for an evening stroll or venture over to the grocery store and restaurants down the street. Once you return home enjoy the Roku TV, get some work done in the office with a sit/stand desk, or relax in the hot tub. You'll find this house has all you need.

Peaceful and surrounded by towering pines, this open and spacious home is just 14 miles away from Seattle and all the best Pacific Northwest destinations! Pet & family friendly, it is the be-all end-all home base for your trip! This space is designed with a deep love of all things film, as you'll see from our extensive 1000+ DVD collection (available for your use!) as well as a bedroom projector for the ultimate late night marathon. Refresh yourself at our little oasis surrounded by greenery!

Hidden Creek Studio in Lake Forest Park!

Welcome to your hideaway studio on a quiet, forested lot, yet just a few minutes away from essential services and twenty minutes from downtown Seattle. You'll enjoy the entire studio with a queen bed, one bathroom, sitting area, and a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The studio is attached to our home and has a private entrance from the back yard. Take a stroll down our trail to McAleer Creek and enjoy the Overlook Deck with your morning coffee or an afternoon beverage.

Quaint Downtown Retreat, just steps from beach!

Location, Location, Location! Retreat to an updated one-bedroom with an ensuite bath in ideal downtown Edmonds. Everything you need is within walking distance, including the beach, ferry, restaurants, shopping, galleries, and transit. This top-floor unit features stunning views of the Puget Sound, quartz countertops, in-unit washer/dryer, air conditioning, cable, smart TVs with active subscriptions, and a keyless entry system. You can park two cars on-site with an EV charger. Be our guest!

Cozy lower-level suite in Shoreline w/ movie room

Welcome to your home away from home! You'll have the entire guest suite to yourself. It is located in the lower level of our home with a private entrance through our beautiful backyard. Enjoy your favorite shows in the theater room and the kitchenette equipped with a hot plate, microwave, and minifridge. We just had our little one last year. While we strive to maintain peace, you might hear the joyful sounds of baby giggles or soft footsteps now and then during the day.

Marvelous Guest Suite Shoreline with Parking

Enjoy Shoreline while staying in our private guest suite! You will enjoy the privacy of this suite. There is a private entrance and reserved parking is within steps of your door. We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics). If you need recommendations for restaurants or other fun activities please do not hesitate to ask me.

Conveniently located near I-5 & Hwy 99, the loft sits among large trees in a quiet neighborhood. This home away from home feels like one foot in the city and one in the forest. Fast wifi, kitchen, easy parking, heating & AC. Tuck into the cozy retreat, take a relaxing bath, or unwind by the patio fire while watching chickens in their run. Guests of all backgrounds are welcome. Please note the loft height is low and not ideal for those with limited mobility.
