Bright and cozy, featuring private entrance, full stove, fridge, in-unit washer/dryer, and AC/heat. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience, it’s the perfect home base while you explore the city. NOTE this is a studio guest house on our property, and we do live in the front house. We may say hi if we see you. 1 car permit will be provided.

You’ll love my tiny loft, Jr. suite! (Around 250 sq ft) Super cozy with a large private outdoor patio for dining, drinks and unwinding. It’s a very quiet neighborhood w/free parking. Great for working professionals, single travelers, friends (there are two beds!) or couples.Just 1.5 miles to the beach and 3.4 miles to LAX. Near to restaurants and shopping in Playa Vista, Marina Del Rey, Venice, Silicon Beach and Culver City. It is a TINY home so keep in mind! PET UPON APPROVAL.

Organic Garden Oasis

You will stay in a tranquil suite with a private entrance at the rear of our home. There is a shared wall with a secure door with locks on both sides for complete privacy. The 1-bedroom 1-bath suite features a kitchen with air fryer/toaster oven, electric skillet, 2 hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Sofa full size converts to sleep two. This sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping. We can provide a twin size aero bed as well.
