Le Malamute is a stunning luxury 4 bedroom apartment sleeping 8-10 guests, a 10 minute walk from Pleney telecabine and Morzine centre. The apartment boasts vaulted ceilings in the living area and superb views from the terrace. There is a jacuzzi on the balcony so you can enjoy a dip and take in the mountain views. L'appartement de 28 m2 se trouve au rez-de-chaussée de notre chalet dans un endroit calme et préservé. Il se situe à 3 km du centre de Morzine et à proximité de l'express des Prodains. L'hiver, il est possible de partir du chalet skis aux pieds pour rejoindre l'arrêt de bus direction Morzine ou Avoriaz via des navettes gratuites (arrêt proche du chalet). Le retour d'Avoriaz peut se faire à skis. Des sentiers pédestres au départ du chalet sont accessibles. Idéal pour 2 à 3 personnes.

Nous louons notre chalet avec tous les équipements et jeux pour les enfants dvd, jeux divers (légo playmobil barbies sylvania livres monopoly trivial poursuite...) Il y a une terrasse sur laquelle vous pouvez manger, un BBQ, une table de ping-pong Nous proposons le tri des déchets avec 1 bac pour les plastiques, 1 bac pour le verre, 1 compost. Nous n'acceptons pas les animaux l'hiver car trop d'entretien ( salissures dues à la neige) Nous prêtons les luges et raquettes à neige.⛄️

Chalet Vieux Bois is approximately 5 minutes walk from Super Morzine Telecabine and 10 minutes to the Pleney, and only a few minutes walk from the bars and restaurants, not to mention has great views of the mountains from the elevated terrace on the second floor.

There is a bath with shower, a washing machine and a seperate toilet.
