Historical 1930's cabin. Once the home of the resident cheese maker. Restored to suit the style of the time. Situated on a cattle property in the picturesque McPherson Ranges. Has a fishing dam closeby. Sits below Mt. Edinburgh Castle. The property is part of the ancient Gondwana rain forest. From Woodenbong, take Glennie Street, becomes Boomi Creek Road, keep on the sealed road at the Brumby Creek turn. Travel a further approx 6km. Our place is not suited to young children. Downstairs features a second bathroom / laundry, fire place, lounge, study & self inflating bed (inflatable bed linen not included), dining & fully equipped kitchen before walking onto a large deck overlooking the rainforest.

Drive to the end of the lane, wend your way down the poplar lined driveway and find yourself at Lane’s End Cottage, your home away from home in Broadwater, less than ten minutes from the town of Stanthorpe. The cottage is situated on a 42 acre farm, close enough to town that you can pop in easily to enjoy cafes, festivals and a bit of shopping - but far enough away that you will feel you really have escaped to the country.
