Nel residence Geremeas mare (45 km da aeroporto): appartamento semi indipendente al piano terra con giardino privato, composto da ingresso, salone con angolo cottura e divano letto matrimoniale, camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con doccia , veranda con terrazza vista mare (privati) dove e' possibile anche mangiare all'aperto e si gode di una quiete e di un panorama davvero sensazionali, ulteriore terrazzino (privato) sulla spiaggia (e' il terrazzo più vicino in assoluto alla spiaggia ) .

PoliHouse 2 è un appartamento curato nei dettagli a Monserrato vicino al policlinico universitario. Composto da una camera da letto ristrutturata ed accogliente, un bagno, un soggiorno cucina dotato di ogni comfort e una zona lavanderia con lavatrice. Tutta la casa è climatizzata e avrai il WiFi e la tv a tua disposizione. Asciugamani e lenzuola di cotone sono compresi nel soggiorno. È presente un posto auto privato (attenzione: il posto auto non è adatto ad auto di grandi dimensioni)

It is very private, by the sea, with direct access to the Cala Bernat beach, passing through the rocks. The hills behind show breathtaking views and ancient monuments, perfect for trekking or mountain biking. Near the house 3 excellent restaurants. A car is recommended, a SUV is better, as the road is a bit bumpy in some places. Parking is free.

L'appartamento è situato in un'antica casa a corte realizzata in "ladiri" (mattoni di terra cruda) e permette di godere di uno spazio dedicato nel loggiato attrezzato. È possibile parcheggiare bici o moto nel cortile interno. La metro e l'autobus per Cagliari/Policlinico si fermano a pochi passi da casa. Il Poetto dista 8 km. Si tratta di una struttura che comprende 3 appartamenti indipendenti che si affacciano su un loggiato comune. In uno di questi abito con la mia famiglia.
