It is perfect for meditation or quiet time by the water's edge, or for fishing, art, reading, writing, kayaking or paddleboarding. It is close to Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Topsail Island and Hampstead where there is shopping, restaurants, outdoor and cultural activities and beautiful beaches. It's old, but it is full of charm!

Feel like a local at this newly renovated, unique unit that sits next to the Intracoastal Waterway. No need to search for parking! Walk to many popular restaurants; stroll across the bridge and walk the loop. Only a six minute BIKE RIDE to the beach. The Salty Pelican is bright and clean with luxurious linens. Stay a few nights or a few weeks, it's all yours for your beachy/business stay.

Private Tiny Home in the Woods!

This is a small cabin at the back of our property that has good privacy from the main house. It's a cozy space, but with a King size bed and a loft it easily accommodates 3 people! Very close to the beach. Dogs are welcome (sorry, no cats), please add as a "pet" to your reservation. The fee is $30 per stay. Dogs must be crated if left alone. We have one available if required.
