Þau vildu skapa rými fyrir tungumálæfingu til að deila með heimafólki, einkum yngri kynslóðinni til að koma og æfa tungumálakunnáttu sína. Húsið er með kaffisvæði á jarðhæð með vinnu-/fundarherbergi og gúrkuvagns-torg í bakgarðinum, skrifstofupláss á annarri hæð og gistirými er á þriðju hæð með þaksvölum með fallegu útsýni yfir bæinn.
