There is free private outdoor parking for 3 cars, a one-car garage, free WiFi. The property is non-smoking. The whole villa and every room are A/C.

Apartman Place nalazi se u centru Splita. Udaljen je 5 minuta hoda od UNESCO-m zaštićene Dioklecijanove palače, 10 min hoda od plaže Bačvice.
