Horse Haven - 1 Bedroom Loft 8 Miles to TIEC

The second story guest house apartment is is full of light and air with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. Just moments away from TIEC. You will be staying in a gated community, so parking is no problem. The bathroom has a large walk in shower (with grab bars) and the bedroom is equipped with a large Sony TV. This is a great place to stay if you ride, as my house is on the FETA trails. If you're showing at TIEC, Fence or Harmon Field, I'm only 10 minutes away.

If you're wanting to bring your furry friend(s), please note that they need to be approved first. The pet fee is nonrefundable and is $75 per pet. The property includes a large back yard.

A private studio apartment located in our basement with separate entrance and all the amenities of home. Ten minutes from TIEC. A covered and private outdoor area with seating, table, and fire pit. Parking on site at lower level of our log cabin. No cleaning fees.
