Sie liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet angrenzend an einen Föhrenwald. In dieser 2 Zimmerwohnung befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit einem 140 x 200 cm großen Bett, welches zum Entspannen einlädt. Zusätzlich befindet sich im Wohn-Essbereich eine großzügige Couch mit Schlaffunktion für 2 weitere Personen. Das kleine moderne Bad verfügt über eine Regendusche.
