The unit includes one bedroom, one bathroom, a dining room, and a separate living area. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and within walking distance of the lively Overton Square. This neighborhood is in the heart of Midtown with many local bars and restaurants within walking distance. The unit itself has classic Midtown Memphis charm with hardwood floors throughout.

Our house is located in the heart of midtown, walkable to Overton Park (running/bike trails, the Memphis Zoo, Levitt Shell, Brooks Museum, and golf course) and Overton Square (live music, great restaurants, a movie theater, and playhouses). The house itself has 2 bedrooms each with a king-size bed, kitchen, a screened-in deck, and two living spaces perfect for relaxing and catching your favorite movie. Hulu, Netflix, Disney Plus, and Amazon Prime (including PBS Kids) are complimentary.
